Using Afflines
Afflines provides tools for advertisers, brands, affiliates and publishers to publish marketplace information, discover opportunities and communicate with potential partners. You must use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms and the Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the marketplace and any resulting commercial activity is permitted in the jurisdictions relevant to you, your organisation, your traffic and your audience.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Use an account type that correctly represents your marketplace activity.
- Protect your password and do not share account access.
- Notify Afflines if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Do not create accounts to impersonate another person, brand or organisation.
Profiles, offers and communications
You remain responsible for the profiles, offers, descriptions, contact information and messages you submit. Information must be accurate, relevant and not misleading. You must have the authority to publish information relating to a business, brand, website, affiliate program or traffic source.
Do not publish unlawful content, confidential material belonging to another party, malicious links, spam or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Partnerships and commercial terms
Afflines helps members discover and contact one another but is not a party to agreements made between members. Members are responsible for evaluating counterparties, confirming current terms and documenting their own commercial arrangements.
Offer availability, payment terms, traffic quality, performance and regulatory status are not guaranteed by their appearance on the marketplace. Verification is informational and does not replace due diligence.
Enforcement and service availability
Access may be restricted or suspended when an account presents security, legal, fraud or community-safety concerns, or when these terms are materially violated. Marketplace content may be removed or made non-public when appropriate.
The service may change, experience interruptions or contain incomplete member-supplied information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Afflines does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome.
